(c) When live tracking is enabled during working hours

Background Location Collection

When shift tracking is active, PPLSync collects location data in the background, including when:

(a) The app is closed
(b) The app is not in recent apps
(c) The device screen is locked

This background location tracking is used only during active working shift hours and stops automatically when the shift ends or tracking is disabled.

Location data may be collected even when the app is not in use or closed, to support shift-based employee tracking.

By using PPLSync, users consent to the collection and use of location data as described in this Privacy Policy.

The app does not collect location data outside these scenarios.

PPLSync does not sell or rent user location data to third parties. Location data is only accessible to authorized administrators within the organization for operational purposes.

(c) Control location permissions from device settings

3.1. The Company does not rent or sell personal information that you choose to provide to us, nor does the Company disclose credit cards or other personal financial information to third parties other than as necessary to complete a credit card or other financial transaction or as required by law.
